    Week 1

    Foundations & homepage

    We kick off with onboarding and dig into the research that shapes everything else: your brand, your audience, your goals. From there we define the core design elements, sketch wireframes, and lock the sitemap. By the end of the week your homepage is live on staging, so you can see your visual identity come to life. This becomes the baseline for the rest of the site.

    Week 2

    Build out the rest of the site

    With the homepage as our baseline, we extend the visual identity across every remaining page. You can watch the site take shape on staging in real time, with content, layout, and components all coming together into a cohesive whole.

    Week 3

    Design review & pivots

    We step back and review the whole site together. This is your chance to pivot. Anything that doesn't quite hit the brand, anything you'd like to push further, anything that needs to change before launch. We adjust together so the final week is about polish, not rework.

  4. 04

    Week 4

    Final touches & launch prep

    All the last design tweaks go in. Then we run a full QA pass covering accessibility, on-page SEO, performance, page analytics, and Google Search Console setup so you can track how the site is doing from day one. Once everything checks out, the site goes live and you get back to running your business.
