Norman UX provides a "Website-as-a-Service" (WaaS) solution for businesses. This includes website design, hosting, and ongoing operation provided on a proprietary platform.
2. Relationship to Service Agreement
Important: These Terms govern the use of this website. If you purchase services from Norman UX, your commercial relationship (including payments, cancellations, and scope) will be governed by the separate Service Agreement or Proposal you sign before work commences.
In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms and your signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
3. The "WaaS" Model (Intellectual Property)
We operate on a strict Website-as-a-Service model. Whether you are a site visitor or a client, you acknowledge the following IP rights:
Our Platform: Norman UX Limited retains 100% legal ownership of the underlying code, themes, plugins, server architecture, and the "Norman UX Framework."
No Export: Our websites cannot be exported, downloaded, or migrated to third-party hosts (e.g., GoDaddy).
Client Content: Clients retain full ownership of their logos, branding, text, and images.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website (or any website we build for you) for:
Illegal activities.
Distributing malicious software (viruses, trojans).
Fraud, scams, or misleading practices.
Activities that violate third-party rights.
5. Limitation of Liability
For Website Visitors: The information on this website is provided for general information purposes only. Norman UX Limited makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
For Clients: Liability regarding provided services is strictly limited as detailed in your signed Service Agreement.
